What are personalised Christmas Elf letters?
A personalised Christmas Elf letter is exactly what it sounds like: a letter written by one of the Elves in Father Christmas’s workshop, addressed personally to your children, and full of the latest news from the North Pole.
Unlike a single letter from Santa on Christmas Eve, our Elf letters arrive throughout December, one at a time, building excitement day by day as the big night approaches. Children find them hidden around the house: behind the sofa, on the doorstep, tucked into a boot. Part of the magic is the finding.
Each letter is personalised with your child(ren)’s name(s), so it feels genuinely, unmistakably theirs. They’re written on exquisite eco-friendly paper, and together they tell a proper story, with characters, cliffhangers, and a world of North Pole detail that children absolutely fall into.

How it works
- Choose your letters or bundle.
- Enter your child’s name and any other details required and add to basket.
- Your letters arrive beautifully packaged, ready to hide around the house throughout December.
- Watch December become the most magical month of the year – Christmas Eve.
Letters are dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday and should arrive well in advance of 1st December. We recommend ordering by mid-November at the latest for peace of mind, though many families order much earlier to secure their place.
When should I order?
Sooner than you think. Each year we sell out of certain Elf letter bundles before December arrives, and once they’re gone, they’re gone. Ordering in October, or even earlier, means you’ll have everything ready and waiting when 1st December comes around, without the last-minute panic.

Frequently asked questions
Do my children need to have an Elf on the shelf?
Not at all. Our letters work completely independently. They’re from the Elves in the North Pole, not from an Elf living in your home. Many families who don’t have (and don’t want) an Elf on the shelf love our letters for exactly this reason.
Can the letters be personalised for more than one child?
Yes. Most of our letters and letter bundles can be personalised for siblings, so each child is named in the same letter.
What age are the letters suitable for?
We say 5 to 99 years old, and we mean it. The magic works for early readers and older children alike, and more than a few parents have been known to get a little misty-eyed too.
Are the letters eco-friendly?
Yes. We use 100% eco-friendly paper throughout, with no unnecessary packaging. Sustainability matters to us and is built into everything we make.
What if I order late?
We do our best to dispatch quickly and UK standard delivery is usually fast, but we can’t guarantee delivery dates during the busy pre-Christmas period. Order early to avoid disappointment.
