Orders placed before noon for Special Next Day Delivery will be dispatched the same day.
We will replace items if they have not been received 10 working days after dispatch.

FREE Standard UK DELIVERY
By Royal Mail 2nd Class. This service is not tracked and can take up to10 working days from dispatch on occasion. So please note this is not a guaranteed service and should only be used if you are not worried about when an item is going to arrive. This is particularly important around big events like Christmas when we really recommend you upgrade to Next-Day/Special to avoid disappointment, or if you need your order delivered by a certain date.
Royal Mail 1st Class
£2.95 for Royal Mail First Class mail (aims to deliver within 1-2 working days from dispatch, but again this isn’t guaranteed). This service is not tracked.
While we will dispatch on or before the advertised dispatch date, we cannot predict or control this, nor can we be held responsible for it.
You do use these services at your own risk.
If you wish to guarantee the arrival of your item in time for a SPECIFIC DATE or event, within the UK, we advise you upgrade your delivery to a guaranteed, tracked service. This will rocket your item to the top of our priority list, and out of the Elves’ Workshop on a next-day guaranteed signed-for service that is nearly 100% reliable.
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed by Royal Mail after we have dispatched them on time. We will replace items if they have not been received 10 working days after the order was dispatched.
UK Tracked Express Delivery:
Tracked Special Delivery (to arrive on the next working day, Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 12pm noon on Fridays will be delivered on Tuesday. Order must be placed before 12pm noon Monday-Friday and will need to be signed for. The cost depends on the size of your order. This service is almost 100% reliable.
£6.95 – Large Letter Sized Items for deliveries to arrive Monday to Friday
£8.95 – Small Parcel Sized Items for deliveries to arrive Monday to Friday
£11.95 – Large Letter Sized Items for deliveries to arrive on Saturdays
£14.50 – Small Parcel Sized Items for deliveries to arrive on Saturdays
No refunds will be given until a reasonable length of time has been given to deem the parcel ‘lost.’ Replacements will be issued if your order still hasn’t arrived 10 working days after the postal date. We must be informed if your parcel hasn’t arrived within 14 days of your order.
*If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of dispatch, please check with your local Sorting Office. All parcels returned to us by Royal Mail will be kept for 14 days. We are very happy to post them back out to you but there is a £4.50 charge for this service for parcels, and a £2.95 charge for letter-sized items.

What if my product doesn’t arrive in time?
If your order is needed for a specific event, we advise you to upgrade your delivery to the guaranteed, tracked Special Delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for standard delivery items that are delayed by Royal Mail after we have despatched them on time.
This will mean your parcel will arrive next-day guaranteed, pre-1pm signed-for service with Royal Mail that is nearly 100% reliable and features a tracking number so that you know where in the postal network your parcel is.
Custom charges can occur for orders shipped outside of the UK. You will be directly responsible for these payments.
We cannot be responsible for any custom charges, import duties or taxes that may be charged to you, or any shipment that is stopped or disposed of by customs, so we advise you to check with your local customs before making your order.
Long delays can also be caused by custom checks or by international postal services, so our delivery times can only be used as a general guide.
Returning items and refunds
What happens if I make a mistake?
Each order will be personalised and printed just for you so please check really carefully that you’ve spelt everything correctly as you’re completely responsible for this bit.
If you notice a mistake soon after you’ve placed an order and it hasn’t been printed yet, then we can amend it for you.
We are unable to amend or cancel orders that have have been posted.
If you have received your order and notice a mistake, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, or at least within 5 days. If the mistake is on our part, or your product is faulty in some way, then we will apologise profusely and get a replacement to you as soon as is humanly possible.
If your item is faulty and you wish to receive a refund instead of a replacement, we’ll refund you once your item has arrived back at the Elves’ Workshop in its full, unused and original condition.
*REPRINTS due to customer error are made at half the full retail price.

We accept payments via Paypal, and credit card payments through Stripe. You don’t need a Paypal account to make payment.
