These Pizza Style Wraps are absolutely delicious and fantastic for weekend lunches. You can put whatever you want in them and the kids REALLY enjoy making them. Our youngest seems to be fine with buffalo milk but can’t tolerate cow’s or goats milk. You can obviously use any wrap you like, but if you’re gluten free, then there are some great wraps out there. If, like us, you need a gluten free, dairy free & egg free wrap, then these white wraps are perfect. They do a seeded version too, which I prefer (vital information I know).

Gluten free, dairy free, egg free wraps by Newburn Bakehouse…
What You Need:
Preheated oven at 180 degrees
- Wraps
- Buffalo Mozzarella (3 x 125g will make 8 wraps).
- Mixed herbs
- Salad
- Anything else you’d like to pop in that you might have on a pizza e.g. salami, ham, roasted vegetables…
What You Do:
- Rip the mozzarella into little pieces and place it evenly over the surface of the wraps.
- Sprinkle with the mixed herbs.
- Pop them on to a baking tray and into the oven until the cheese has melted as much as you would like it to.
- Remove from the oven (hot!), put on a plate and cover with your chosen filling and a heap of lovely salad.
- Roll or fold and enjoy!

Do you know where to buy buffalo milk? I have tried and tried to find it without success!
Hi Kate, no I haven’t found any but have just discovered that Waitrose sell buffalo milk mozzarella via Ocado!
