Beautiful letters. Lovely presentation. Only room for improvement is instructions for parents are unclear. It would help if the letters were numbered in some way to make it easier to know what order to deliver them in.

The quality, illustrations, content are all 5*. Having placed orders in previous years, I do not feel that the map or certificate are necessary, and it would be nice to have the option to opt out or have an alternative available. Regardless I love the product.
