Dispatch is usually within 2 working days of your order (we don’t work weekends). Delivery is via Royal Mail 48Tracked and will arrive within 48 hours in the majority of cases. Occasionally Royal Mail experiences delays (especially at peak times, like Christmas), so please check your tracking information before getting in touch about a late delivery. During strike action, deliveries will be via Evri. 

All recipe kits are dispatched with a BEST BEFORE date stamped on the outside of the box. This is typically within 12 months of dispatch but can vary depending on availability and time of year. You’ll never get ingredients that are expired, and if you do we’ll replace the kit in full. Store baking kits in a cool, dry environment and always use before the BEST BEFORE date.
