We found out last year that our daughter has kept 2-3 of her favourite letters separate to all the others (that we have kept) because they are her favourites… hearts melt, and we think what you do is simply spectacular. The joy it brings and and illusion of childhood it maintains is indescribable.

We had these last year for our 3 boys, they absolutely loved them. They would take it in turns to read them and I would create the scene to match the story of the letters. I did it because my eldest was 11 and wanted to try and squeeze as much Christmas magic as I could before he stopped believing. I now have a 12, 10 and 8 year old and the only thing they're hoping for for Christmas is to be chosen to receive the letters again. They're brilliant, excellent quality and the best thing I've ever bought 🎅

We’ve had these for a couple of years now and Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without them. We also started having the tooth fairy ones but I had run out the last time my daughter lost a tooth and she was devastated! They love the letters more than the tooth fairy money!

I bought the advent elf package, which has just arrived. The whole package is absolutely beautiful and will add some much needed magic to Christmas this year. So our Christmas letters advent pack arrived from the International Elf Service today & oh my goodness I cannot wait to start hiding these around the house each day!! Each letter is on gorgeous thick paper with beautiful illustrations & there is a personalised addressed envelope for each day, plus a letter from Father Christmas, a certificate, a map of the village, and a couple more extras. I also bought a birthday letter from the elves for my youngest's December birthday. So excited . My middle girl is convinced that FC recycles all the children's Christmas letters to make the paper. He is obviously very eco conscious

My daughter loved receiving the letters last year. They were in the post box everyday after school which she really looked forward to and devoured when through the front door. I have just pre ordered my daughter's birthday letter & the Christmas bundle letters....her face just lights up every year that she receives them & with the year we have all had so far I just know this will brighten her days leading up to Christmas even more. I was very pleased with the fairy letters that I bought from you. Jemima the little girl that I am a nanny to absolutely loved the first letter. I just wanted to say a massive thank you for doing your free coronavirus letter; we did the Christmas letters for the first time last year and my children absolutely loved them, so to find a letter from Elfie on our printer this morning absolutely made their day!

The way they’re are written is so wonderfully funny and engaging even I start to believe Elfie, Marty & the gang are real! I can’t wait to order the Christmas letters for this year.

My 9 year old son loved receiving a letter from Elfie every day in the build up to Christmas. Elfie had such a huge impact on him and contributed to his school reading record too (everyone was happy!).

On Christmas day he actually shed a tear because it was the last time he would hear from Elfie! That was until March when he received a birthday letter, despite having a pile of gifts he read the letter first. It was so heartwarming!

Our daughter is 9yrs old & she was so excited when she received her letter on the 1st of December. Christmas is her favourite time of year & knowing that Santa’s elves picked her again to receive her letters every day leading up to Christmas totally made her day.

She has Down syndrome & attends a mainstream school & has some amazing friends, every school day that she received a letter she took it into school & shared it with her friends, her teacher would start the day by reading the letter out to the class. She shared the magic x

I just want to say a huge thank you. My son (age 5) loved his letters, he had laugh out loud moments at ‘bottoms and bazookas I’m magnificently brainy’ and ‘who would want pyjamas made out of reindeer poo!’ Brilliant. I can only just say to anyone looking for an extra little bit more magic at Christmas, that these letters are just perfect. This is our 5th year getting our letters and the excitement in our house is brilliant. My son jumps out of bed every morning and just can’t wait to hear what the elves are up to that day. Our 10yr daughter was starting to doubt that Santa existed. However she was still as excited about the arrival of her favourite Elf on Dec 1st as ever before. I decided that perhaps having letters from her elf’s friends showing up every morning might help keep the Christmas magic going for another year…..
It worked!! Not only is she excited to read about the latest adventure, but she writes back to them and can’t believe she ever doubted. Best of all for me though, is that she reads the letters to us every evening before dinner. This is a big deal as reading is her weakest strength and this is the first time she has been reading regularly to us with joy and pride.

I have been recommending these letters to every parent (and aunt & uncle) that I know. Worth their weight in Christmas gold!

This is the third year I have purchased the elf letters for my grandchildren. They absolutely adore them! Every year they are completely different and just as exciting. The children can’t wait to hear what mischief they have been up too! I dread the day when they may become too old for them. I hope that’s a long way off. Beautifully written on exquisite paper, put in lovely envelopes and tied into a bundle with red string. Worth every single penny for the work, Commitment and imagination that goes in to every letter.
