Last year was our first year receiving letters from Elfie and I cried when I opened the box. They were so perfect. And I missed receiving the letters each day when we opened the last one. I can’t wait for the next set and to see what everyone has been up to.

Oh and my 5yr old loved them too! He even looked for his advent letter BEFORE getting his advent chocolate! Praise doesn’t come much higher than that!

I have got the Christmas Elf Letter Bundle every year for the past four years and for the past two years I have been getting the Birthday letters too. This year for my daughter I chose the Birthday Tea, it’s the first year she has been able to read it fully by herself (7) and she loved it. The detail it gives conjures great pictures in the children’s imaginations, she told everyone about it. We only get such a short time with them believing and this is such a wonderful way to enjoy these precious times.

Dear Elves and Fairies

A little note from a very Happy Mummy who today recieved her bundle of fairy letters. After a particularly trying day home schooling, a letter was "found" by our Elf door which is still in residence. It has made our day and that of a 7 year old little boy.

I thank you for the discreet packaging, for the beautiful letters and for putting a smile on our faces during such troubled times.

We didn't think you could top the Christmas letters but these Fairy letters will prove to be a God send I think.

Any chance the Easter bunny could send a letter too???

My son said he wished he could have one every day. Have you thought about check in letters from the elves during the year? I just wanted to say thank you for the magical letters. My kids have absolutely loved finding them each day and reading what was going on at the North Pole! I think this year more than ever having this excitement to look forward to each day has been critical as we chose as a family not to venture out to do any of the normal Christmas experiences we normally would have done. This is such a lovely, magical idea. The excitement of being “picked” to receive these letters was second to none and it was just exciting every day to hunt for the elf and see if he’s holding a new letter for them! We got to know the characters and their tales were so funny and sweet. They are delightfully written and the drawings are beautiful. The map was a handy extra too and my boys really liked having their snacks rated by the big FC! Thank you for adding magic to our Christmas xxx

The letters are absolutely magical and make Christmas come to life whenever you are ready to get excited. Our 5 year old daughter was delighted and so grateful to have been chosen to receive the advent letters. The imaginative and captive stories become something to look forward to along with the beautiful illustrations. This is a gift suitable for all ages. Next year we will certainly be placing the same order, along with the activity bundle also.

We had the happiest little girl this morning! I dragged myself out of bed to do an early Zoom yoga session, creaked into a back bend and was suddenly interrupted by a flurry of excitement in a nighty, exploding into the room waving her letter! I was then required to read out the saga of the mixed-up socks and the other elfy dramas, whilst gingerly lowering myself to the floor... She giggled throughout and then thundered upstairs and burst in on Daddy in the shower and read it out to him! Can’t wait for tomorrow...when I will make sure I’ve got a coffee and an armchair ready, rather than a rather worn sticky yoga mat...🎅🏻🧚🏻‍♂️🧦🧘🏼‍♀️

Dear elves,

I just wanted to let you know how fabulous your letters are. I will be leaving a review of course! Initially I asked my husband to order a pack and he ordered the first elf pack with 7 letters.  I then spotted the activity pack which I ordered. Yesterday, we put our christmas decorations up and a letter magically appeared in my daughter's santa village (she’s 8) It was magical. She was so excited to receive her letter. This morning when she woke up she talked about how special the letter made her feel, she got all tearful saying that Christmas is such a wonderful  time and that the elves really made her feel special. So this morning I went and order a Last minute elf advent pack so she can have a letter each day. Sometimes I will add an activity letter to the envelop ☺️. So in a space of 3 weeks, I’ve ordered three elf letter packs hahahahaha next time I will just go for the advent pack straight away.

The way you present the letters is very special. Lucy is convinced the elves have somehow captured snow and ice into the letter paper which we can all feel. Your letters will be added to our Christmas tradition for sure.

These have been SO GOOD! Better than any advent calendar. And so so engaging. Both children (6 and 4) have loved them! I had to perfect Elfie’s writing to answer a couple of pressing questions, but apart from that it’s been super easy for us too!

We started to use ours today. The quality is amazing and my daughter kept saying how the paper felt different to what we use, as it’s such lovely thick paper, so she’s convinced it’s from the North Pole (which of course it is 😉🤣) xx

I just wanted to tell you I received the letters last week an they are absolutely beautiful, however, even better than that was your customer service. I had an issue with delivery which was resolved very quickly and the communication was outstanding. I felt valued and important and not a bother even though I knew it was a pain that my letters were not delivered by Royal Mail. Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you. The product is amazing, and customer care is fantastic.

Good afternoon Emily and team, I wanted to share a magical moment with you from last night which I absolutely loved (if that's ok!)

My husband, children and I sat down to watch Christmas Chronicles Part 2 last night and there is a scene where Santa Claus shows the children his village.

My 5 year old jumped up and paused the movie, ran from the room and came back holding the Santa's Village map that he'd received from his elf Fred when he arrived last week to quarantine with us.

Tom stood in front of the TV and showed us every point on the map and where it was on the televison he then held the map tightly for the entire movie absolutely entranced! It was such a magical moment I smile just thinking of it

The whole advent pack is amazing and to have this amazing memory already from sharing it with the children has made my year
