Step inside a magical world at the North Pole
Imagine your child opening a beautifully presented Personalised Letter from Father Christmas or Elf Letter, and discovering that, beyond the pages, there is a whole world waiting for them.
A world of busy Elves, secret happenings, Christmas preparations, unexpected adventures and fascinating North Pole News.
A world that feels real.
A world they can return to year after year.
And, most magically of all, a world they begin to feel part of.
This is the magic of International Elf Service.
Our letters aren’t simply messages from Father Christmas and his Elves. They are invitations into an enchanting world of Christmas storytelling, created to spark imagination, build a sense of wonder and make children feel wonderfully close to the North Pole.
A Letter from Santa That Opens the Door to Another World
There are many places to order a letter from Santa.
International Elf Service is different.
We don’t believe the magic is in simply telling a child that Father Christmas knows their name and that they’ve been ‘good’.
The real magic begins when they discover that there is an entire world behind the letter.
A world with its own stories.
Its own characters.
Its own news.
Its own mysteries.
And its own extraordinary Christmas life.
With every letter, children discover more about what happens at the North Pole. They begin to recognise its world and understand its stories. They become curious about what might happen next.
They aren’t just reading about the North Pole. They are beginning to feel as though they belong there.
That feeling is at the heart of International Elf Service.
Welcome to the World of International Elf Service
Think of each Letter from Father Christmas as a doorway.
Open it, and the North Pole comes alive.
Perhaps the Elves are preparing for Christmas. Perhaps something unexpected has happened. Perhaps there is important North Pole News to discover.
Every letter adds to the sense that this magical world exists beyond your child’s front door.
And because the storytelling continues, the world grows richer with every Christmas.
The names and places become familiar.
The stories become part of family Christmas traditions.
And children can begin to feel that they are not simply watching the magic of Christmas from the outside.
They have been invited in.
A world built on storytelling
We deliberately keep personalisation simple.
Your child(ren)’s name(s) is added to their letter – making the correspondence unmistakably theirs.
But rather than filling the letter with generic personalised sentences, we use that space for what we believe children really want:
More stories. More North Pole News. More magic.
This gives us the freedom to create a much more immersive experience.
The result is a letter that has substance.
Something children can sit down and explore.
Something they can read again.
Something that leaves them wanting to know what happens next.
More Than a Letter. A World to Discover.
A traditional Letter from Santa might tell a child that Santa is getting ready for Christmas.
An International Elf Service letter takes them much further.
It gives them a glimpse behind the scenes.
It allows them to discover what is happening in the North Pole.
It introduces them to the world of the Elves.
It fills their imagination with stories and possibilities.
And gradually, something wonderful happens.
The North Pole starts to feel familiar.
It becomes somewhere they know.
Somewhere they wonder about.
Somewhere they can imagine themselves visiting.
Somewhere they feel they have a little connection to.
That is the magic we want to create.
Meet our Magical Advent Calendar Elf Letters …
A Christmas Book, One Magical Chapter at a Time
Every International Elf Service letter is part of a larger world.
And when collected, the letters become something even more special:
a luxury Christmas book filled with North Pole stories.
Each letter becomes another chapter.
Another glimpse into the world.
Another piece of the magic.
Over the years, a family can build a beautiful collection of Christmas correspondence that becomes a treasured keepsake – something to bring out each Christmas and read together.
What began as one mysterious envelope in the letterbox can become a much-loved family tradition.
A book of Christmas stories.
A record of magical moments.
A reminder of the years when the North Pole felt wonderfully real.
Why International Elf Service Is Different
A magical world, not just a personalised letter
The experience isn’t built around adding lots of information about your child.
It’s built around giving them a world to discover.
Their name is enough to make the letter feel like theirs. The storytelling does the rest.
Authentic North Pole storytelling
We want children to feel that the North Pole exists beyond the page.
That’s why our letters are filled with North Pole News, stories and details designed to make this magical world feel authentic and alive.
Luxury from the moment it arrives
The magic begins before the letter is even opened.
Beautiful presentation creates anticipation and makes the arrival feel like an important piece of Christmas post.
And because every letter forms part of the wider Christmas Book, it’s something worth keeping.
Stories children can return to
The North Pole isn’t a one-off experience.
The world continues.
The stories build.
And each Christmas offers another opportunity to step back inside.
When Children Start to Feel Part of the Magic
There is a particular kind of Christmas magic that parents recognise.
It’s when a child doesn’t simply say, “I got a letter from Santa.”
It’s when they start talking about the North Pole as though it is somewhere they know.
They remember the stories.
They wonder about the elves.
They ask what might be happening there now.
They want to know what will happen next.
They start looking for clues.
They become absorbed in the world.
And that’s when a letter becomes something much more powerful.
It becomes part of their imagination.
International Elf Service is designed to nurture that feeling.
Not by explaining the magic.
But by giving children a magical world rich enough for them to explore for themselves.
The Magic Grows Every Christmas
The first letter opens the door.
Then the stories continue.
With every new letter, children can discover another part of the North Pole and become increasingly familiar with the world that lives there.
That’s why International Elf Service isn’t simply something you order once.
It can become a Christmas tradition.
A tradition where your child looks forward to hearing the latest North Pole News.
A tradition where the growing collection of letters becomes a treasured Christmas book.
And a tradition that preserves a little of the wonder of childhood.
How It Works
1. Order their Letter from Father Christmas
Choose your International Elf Service experience and provide your child(ren)’s name(s).
Only one letter or bundle is needed per family. Add as many names as you can squeeze on!
2. We create their North Pole correspondence
Their name is added to the beautifully crafted letter, while the rest of the space is devoted to the magical world and its stories.
3. The North Pole arrives at your door
A special piece of Christmas post arrives in a generic package, addressed to the adult, to be delivered by parent post whenever is most magical.
4. Open the door to the story
Read the latest North Pole News together and discover what’s happening in the magical world of the Christmas Elves.
5. Keep the magic
Add the letter to your collection and watch your Christmas Book grow over the years.
Looking for the Best Letter from Santa?
If you’re looking for a letter from Santa that is more than a personalised Christmas message, International Elf Service offers something truly different.
We create a magical world children can step into.
A world they can discover.
A world they can revisit.
A world they can gradually feel part of.
Our philosophy is simple:
Less personalisation. More storytelling.
More North Pole News. More imagination. More magic.
And because every letter belongs to a wider collection, the experience doesn’t end when the letter has been read.
It becomes part of a luxury Christmas book – a keepsake filled with stories from a world your child has come to know and love.
Give Them a World to Believe In
The magic of childhood doesn’t last forever.
But the stories can.
The traditions can.
The memories can.
And sometimes, a beautifully crafted letter can become the doorway to all three.
An International Elf Service Letter from Father Christmas is an invitation to step inside a magical world at the North Pole – a world filled with stories, characters, news and Christmas wonder.
A world that children can discover for themselves.
A world that can become familiar.
A world that, over time, can begin to feel like their world too.
And that is why we believe our letters are so much more than Christmas correspondence.
They are chapters in a magical world.
They are a Christmas tradition.
They are a luxury keepsake.
And they are an invitation to believe.

Step Into the Magic
A Letter from Father Christmas can be a piece of post.
Or it can be the beginning of an entire world.
At International Elf Service, we choose the second.
A magical world to discover.
A story to become part of.
A Christmas book to treasure.
This Christmas, open the door to the North Pole.
Authentic North Pole storytelling. Luxury Christmas magic. A world to believe in.
I think “a world children can become part of” should become one of the brand’s core differentiators. It gives you a much more ownable proposition than simply “personalised Santa letters” and neatly explains why limiting personalisation to the child’s name is actually a strength rather than a limitation.
Letters are dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday from the end of September, and should arrive well in advance of 1st December. We recommend ordering by mid-November at the latest for peace of mind, though many families order much earlier to secure their place.
When should I order?
Sooner than you think. Each year we sell out of certain Elf letter bundles before December arrives, and once they’re gone, they’re gone. Ordering in October, or even earlier, means you’ll have everything ready and waiting when 1st December comes around, without the last-minute panic.
Our Magical Advent Calendar and bundles for this Christmas are available to order now.
Start your family’s December tradition
The best Christmas traditions are the ones that belong entirely to your family. The letters your children will remember finding. The stories they’ll still talk about years later. The moment on 1st December when the magic begins again.
Here at International Elf Service we’re passionate about supporting children’s emotional wellbeing, inspiring them to read and learn independently, promoting family time and helping to create precious magical memories and keepsakes to treasure forever.
